What happens if an item I ordered is not available?

Whilst every effort is made to action shipment of your order timeously, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should this affect your order we will inform you immediately via email or phone.

All transactions will be processed in Australian Dollar (AUD). We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards,

What will affect the cost of my order?
Your total order price will include the price of the purchase, applicable tax and postage charges.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
All orders are shipped from Cape Town, South Africa. Delivery between 5 - 12 business days from receipt of order. Standard Australian delivery (Excluding week-ends).
Please note: We can only deliver to street addresses – not a postal box. When you checkout, please indicate where the courier may leave your parcel if you are not at home to accept delivery.


What does delivery cost?
We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $300 within Australia.

Asia - import taxes and/or customs duties 
When shipping internationally, additional charges may apply. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. You are responsible for ensuring to comply with the laws and regulations of your country. 

What happens if no-one is home when you deliver?
When you checkout, please indicate where our courier may leave your parcel if you are not at home to accept delivery.

Can I get same day delivery?
No, not currently.

 

RETURNS POLICY

What happens if I don’t like the item ordered?
Should you wish to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your return request.

Goods must be returned within 7 days. Please include your original receipt in the return parcel. These items should be addressed to:

How do I judge the size of an earring if I can't try them on?

We agree it’s always lovely being able to see the style fitted but in the case that you can’t, we try and have model images on our product pages so that you can get the look and feel of the particular style.

If you happen to purchase a style you’re not happy with (we hope this never happens) due to sizing etc. you are more than welcome to return the item within 7 days, unused and in its original packaging.

If you find a model image missing of a particular style and you would like to see, pop us a mail on info@miglio.com and we’ll get them loaded for you asap

Can I receive my money back?
You will receive an in-store credit for any returned item.  This is valid for 12 months. The item needs to be returned within 7 days in its original packaging and without being used. No cash refund will be given.

Return Eligibility for "Gift with purchase"?
Received a gift with a purchase that didn't work out? Be sure to send the gift back with the item(s) you're returning, or the price of the gift will be deducted from the refund.
